Howard Elyashar

Founder

Howard S. Elyashar, is the founder and managing director of Elyashar & CO., where he is focused on working with privately held companies in a number of industries including real estate, manufacturing, health, professional services, retail and food, and entertainment.

With his considerable expertise in tax, Howard consults regularly in the areas of strategic planning, financial analysis, profit improvement, and tax planning for high net worth individuals and their companies.

Active in his community, Howard serves on the board of several nonprofits. A Magna Cum Laude graduate, he holds degrees in accounting, finance, and real estate from California State University, Northridge.

He is a member of the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Howard began his career at Squar Milner, LLP. Howard is a father and a husband, a devoted golfer and an Angels fan.
